I have been selling Real Estate for almost six years now . Initially working with buyers . In the early years I put on workshops titled "How to save your home from Foreclosure " as well as "What to look out for when Buying a home" These workshops were formed as a preventive measure to educate the public to use common sense when refinancing and when purchasing a home . Out of the 40 attendees overall two did not follow my advice and consult with me when they were ready to purchase .

  I began servicing foreclosures in 2004 after leaving C/21 and working under the leadership and training of Judy Walker of Riverpoint Realty . There was where I learned the art of perfecting the BPO and managing the Foreclosure listing which I attribute also  to my mentor Cathey Simmons . From River Point I ventured over to Keler Williams Realty where I focused even more on perfecting my REO handling skills .

  Today I am the Broker/Owner of Brice Winthrop and Associates , LLC . Located in the heart of Detroit . Currently I oversee the dealings of 5 Realtors and counting . This is our second year in existence and we have sold over 200 properties and have completed over 2000 BPO's since January 2007 (6000 since 2004) . Integrity is truly the name of the game with us and ignorance of the laws that govern our industry is not tolerated at Brice Winthrop and Associates , LLC .

 I am a sitting Director on the Detroit Association of Realtors Board 2009-2011 . I am also the chairperson of the Public Relations Committee . I also train fellow Realtors on " How to become an REO Agent " . I am sought out by numerous groups to participate in forums and sit on panels as they relate to foreclosures and the like .  With the help of 8 other Realtors  I was instrumental in forcing the current changes enjoyed by Realtors doing business with the City of Detroit's Water department.I am a listing Broker naturally . An Oakland County office will be opening in the summer of 2009 .  A woman on the move . A woman with a vision . A woman that see's beyond herself and realizes that its not just about her but the people she serves . You have truly found a Realtor who cares.
