Purchase Agreement—We have a buyer and I have accepted their offer .
Proof of Funds/Pre-approval letter- They can afford my home here's proof.
EMD– They are serious and intend on making good on the deal .
HUD 1– This is what you guys will receive after taxes ,closing costs and
commissions ,its a darn good deal ,please take it ?
