I now see them popping up for Short Sales ! I am disgusted , pissed off and just dang on angered by whats going on in our industry ! The code of ethics is being used as toilet tissue for many a Realtor !&amp;nbsp; Many are not deserving of the title . When did the list agent become a party to the contract that is solely between the buyer and the seller ! And please (for those of you that charge the junk fee&amp;#39;s ) don&amp;#39;t tell me that its for your overhead , or to pay your negotiator,or to compensate for what&amp;nbsp;your seller &amp;nbsp;is not paying you ! Thats your problem , not my buyers !&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; My buyer is receiving a service from ME, NOT YOU ! Your doing what your supposed to do which is submit&amp;nbsp;my buyers &amp;nbsp;offer to the seller &amp;nbsp;! It is ridiculous whats going on ! I actually had a Realtor tell me that he wanted my buyer to&amp;nbsp; bring in the $395.00 junk fee with the contract . He stated that it was not going on the HUD !&amp;nbsp; I asked him the purpose of the fee and he stated that it pays for his shortsale negotiator ! Bull#$%^ . I don&amp;#39;t think so ! Not on my watch ! &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Buyer Agents ,Protect Your Buyers ! Thats what your there for ! Wondering what gives now ? &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;What next ? More foreclosures are on the horizon . More shattered dreams . More dreams deferred . More job losses . More bonuses to the busters that lost our life savings . More havoc . &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;But alas . This too shall pass. A slow climb . A steep mountain . A silver lining . Man got us into this mess but as quiet as its kept &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;our heavenly father will give man the strength to get us out . You out . Me out . We are all in this together .
